Best home hair dye

I have fine hair, mouse coloured (I think) and I like.to dye it on a regular basis. Iainly do cap high/low lights at home

I have plenty of bleaching products but what's the best home hair dye that's not too expensive, medium brown to dark blonde

This is the best hair colour I've ever used in 20+ years of dyeing my hair at home. I don't know if it's available in the UK (I'm in the US) but the results are second to none, really shiny hair, somehow variations / highlights in my hair and no hint of a "block" colour.
