Is there such a thing as a flattering running hat for winter?

I know, I know it should't matter. But I run into work and the beanie is literally the worst look on me. Is there any way around this? Do I need to choose between warmth and vanity?

Have you tried a band rather than a beanie? They do keep your ears warm but if it rains, your hair will get wet.....if that matters. I have something like this one.
