Anyone else receive a free Boden scarf today?

I did, it's silk and really rather lovely. Very pleased with it.

I think the scarf is for long standing customers. the letter with it talks about their 25th anniversary and I admit I've bought since they started.
Not sure about the scarf. Does one wear it like the Queen on one's head?

The £10 voucher- surely will only apply if your order is £30 or more AFTER any discounts have been applied?

Love the scarf -but didn't get one! Surely the same as you do with a normal square scarf? Fold in half to triangles then either wrap or tie round your neck with the long bit at the front.

Nothing here either and I've bought loads off them over the years. I got an email recently congratulating me on being a customer for 8 years. I replied in (what I thought was) a tongue-in-cheek manner informing them that I've actually been buying Boden since at least 1997 so I'd have thought a voucher to apologise would be the least they could do! I'm waiting for a refund to be credited to my account so that I can buy some of the girls navy Chelsea boots. If anyone has a voucher going spare they won't be using, I'll gladly take it off your hands .

I got the preview email for the new season today, hoping to use my voucher but was seriously disappointed - the only thing vaguely nice was a printed blouse but £46 for polyester even with a discount is a bit hmmm. So I bought more kids stuff

I'd like a nice dress or blouse to wear over Christmas but even with the discount it's silly money.
I don't want to pay £80 for a polyester navy blouse!

I've had nothing for ages. I'm sure I was on their mailing list and used to order loads but they don't seem to bother with me anymore, quite odd.

I'm glad other people are getting the £10 vouchers too - I've had 3 in the last month or so ( although the one today was for minimum £30 spend) and 5 or 6 last year. Was beginning to wonder if there was a catch as I always use them on a child's Tshirt or something similar which means I get it for nearly nothing. And they still keep sending me more...

Johnnie has dropped me like a stone. I don't even get sent the thousands of free catalogues any more. I must have put hundreds in his pocket over the last ten years, the disloyal get.

I got the £10 voucher having just ordered quite a lot of clothes for DD yesterday (and had the dispatched email so no point going back in and trying to use it). Think it may be on a £30 spend. I remember noticing it was a short time-frame and thinking I probably wouldn't be using it. I figured Johnny was taking the piss, given I'd just ordered. But no, it seems to be a bigger mailshot than just me!

Wandering I was the same. Dd1's coat was delivered the day before the voucher.

And I didn't realise there voucher has £30 minimum so made the mistake of letting her choose a dress and then had to make the difference up by ordering footless tights too. Grr.
