Hush Tina dress

Hi, has anyone got this? I'm not sure if mine fits as it should or if I need a smaller size, it feels like it constantly slips (especially when wearing tights!) should the skirt part be tight enough to hold itself up if that makes sense..?

I ordered the small and xs, have always bought small in the Tara dress. Although at first I thought the small was OK but the skirt was slipping exactly as you mentioned, so tried the xs and bingo its stays put. The sizing on the rest of the dress seemed very similar between s and xs.
