Hifu ultherapy - anyone had it?

I'm looking crap at the moment, dull skin, tired and very jowly. The lack of definition around my chin is definitely the biggest problem. Has anyone had ultherapy? Is it seriously painful and have you been pleased with the results?

Hello, I've had ultherapy. I was cautious to post, as I'm not sure how useful I can be to you!

I had it a couple of years ago, in my early forties, at a clinic in London who were doing a special deal. It was extremely painful - I was given quite strong painkillers to take beforehand, but it basically felt like the nerves in my face were being picked up and moved around!

The results were subtle, but I do believe it made a difference, and that it has stopped my jowls getting any worse for the past two years. But like I say, it was subtle, and noticeable only to me.

I'm not sure I'd have it again. Although apparently it's really popular in the States? The pain puts me off. Good luck with your decision.

How old are you OP? I'm 36 and using a slendertone face has really helped my jawline.

I'm 43. I've seen its of great photos on the internet but obviously you have to take them with a pinch of salt.

I'm getting a very good deal if I go ahead because I know the owner of the clinic so only £350 for full face neck and décolletage (should be well over £1000)

I'm a bit of a wimp with pain though. I have had laser hair removal down under and that hurt!

Hmm

Hi atticus claw, I just wondered if you decided to go ahead? If so how did you find the procedure and have you had good results?

Has anyone had an HIFU face lift treatment, if so, does it hurt a lot and is it effective
