How would you style this dress?

Hi all! I have this Cos dress which I love, but am struggling to find how to style it. I wear it with black opaque tights and Chelsea boots, but I'd absolutely love to hear any other ideas.

So tell me- how would you wear it?

Biker jacket over it?
Lacy grey or black tights and either black ballet shoes or grey suede?
Chunky heeled ankle boots?
Some sort of furry gilet thing, although that is far beyond anything I know anything about!

A belt, definitely. A pink belt and pink pumps? Maybe a fluffy grey cardigan.

With a 38 week baby bump?

Not helpful, sorry. It's a tad shapeless but Cos so that seems to be their thing.

Biker jacket could be good for adding shape. Also like Remus' suggestion of chunky boots.
