Mulberry repairs

Can anyone with experience of Mulberrry's repairs service give me any idea of what I could expect to pay to have a zip pull repaired on a Mulberry wallet? The zip and the rest of the wallet are four years old and otherwise in perfect condition, so no other repairs to be carried out.

I have been quoted £35 + VAT for a buckle repair on an Alexa, not entirely comparable but I'd said around that mark or lower

To have the postmans lock replaced on a bag is £50+VAT, so I assume it'll be less than this, if you phone customer services (they answer the phone, no menus) they can put you through to the repairs department, who'll give you an idea
