Where is the best place to do this? I have a dress and some shoes by top designers, both bought for £600 in 2014 and both unworn and undamaged.

I tried selling them on ebay but I got offers of around £50. Is this what I should expect, or are there sites where I might get a better price?

Vestaire

Vestiaire but they take 30% commission compared to 10% on eBay. You could try a secondhand shop which specialses in designer if you have one near you. Our local one takes 50% though.

Tbh, it doesnt matter that they were £600 new. They are two years old, fashion moved fast. They would have to be certain designers and certain items for them to sell for a decent price, but i still wouldnt expect more than 50% of the as new price.

Vestiaire Collective or possibly a newer German version Rebelle. Things don't move that quick as they used to on VC, you can end up waiting a very long time to sell something unless they are very popular items. The commission is high but you get more money on it most of the time, just see what similar items are selling for and if they're selling at all.
