Can I get away with this short haircut?

I'm utter bored of my hair, it's fairly fine and the ends are in really bad condition! So that's me taking the dodgy selfie in the pink top, I really fancy the short hairdo attached but I'm worried that because I don't have delicate features like the model I'll look stupid? I can trust MN to be honest with me Grin

Gosh yes go for it! It's a nice trendy style and would suit your hair type. Also it's not too short so you could easily grow it again if you ever wanted to.

I think it would definately suit you.

Why dont you tuck some behind your right ear, brush some over to a new parting like the picture & see what it looks like..

I also think you should have it a similar colour to the picture plus some lowlights. Please let us see an after photo, when you get it done!

Ooh I'm really tempted by hair like this but never been brave enough before, you might have inspired me! It looks great. How thick is your hair? Mine's pretty thick so wary of short styles.

Ugh, I covet this hair! It's looks fab on you OP - on me it would require hours with a straightener every morning so not going to happen unfortunately!

(PS - you can get root powder stuff if you want to try and get that just got out of bed look from the model pose you posted. Boosts the roots and ruffles it a bit!)

Thank you so much Blush I was feeling rather impulsive, it only occurred to me to do it yesterday! And thank you for the tips, I hope I can 'jush' it as good as the hairdresser! My hair is on the fine side lazyb0nes so maybe you should get it thinned down? If it helps I'd love to have thick hair!

Ha ha we always want what we don't have! My hair winds me up, there's so much of it and I can't be bothered with much/any drying or styling so trying to figure out what shorter styles might work Smile

I really like this hair OP, if you're still around and it's not too much trouble would you mind posting a photo of the back? Mine is fine and currently a chin length bob (all one length). It's nice when I put waves in it but otherwise it's a bit boring. Yours looks lovely...
