Next faux leather leggings, help please

Does anyone know if these stretch? One size is slightly too small but I'm wondering if they stretch and so I'd be better off with those than the larger size which are slightly too big. Tia

I have the pull-on jeggings and handy noticed any stretch. I have washed a few times now.

I don't know specifically about leggings but I don't think faux leather normally stretches.
