How to style navy dress

[Peopleplease]

Was having a wander round a few websites today and there were quite a few navy dresses around like this one.

Then I remembered I'm 7 months pregnant! But I'm still wondering what you'd wear with it. What colour tights and boots/shoes?? Or no tights and long brown boots?

Any combination of opaques and ankle boots and bag in a mix of navy, grey and/or burgundy.

I have something similar and I wear it with either no tights or navy tights and tan knee high boots.

I'm not sure why navy tight and brown boots didn't occur to me!! Like the idea of mixing the colours up as well.
