Omorovicza thermal cleansing balm?

Ignoring all the blogger hype, has anyone tried this? Is there anything similar to it that's good?

I love it but can't justify the price, even when on offer. I really like the smell. I did get a build up of black gunk under my plug hole from it though. I use the Clinique balm now. You get much more for your money and the result is the same, although the experience isn't as lovely.
