Comfortable and quality men's shoes brands

hello ladies, my husband works long hours and mostly on his feet all day, unfortunately he has planta fasciitis and has been going on for a good few years! I'm trying to convince him to invest in a good quality pair of shoes that are comfortable and durable, as opposed to the high street brands that are stylish but causing his foot to worsen. What do your other halves wear and swear by for comfort? Office attire please, to go with men's suits.

Depends on budget but

Church's
Cheaney
Grenson
Loake
Trickies all good brands for long lasting shoes.

But, even at these prices (and some have sales and outlet shops etc) he needs to really look after the shoes. So ideally 2 or 3 pairs to wear (to let the shoes rest). Use shoe trees, shoe cream. But with the planta he made need orthotics to really help.

Steptronic ticked all the boxes for my massively fussy dh. They are very light and springy and beautifully leather lined. Not leather soles though if that bothers you. Quite expensive but he always manages to get them in the sales.

Geox or Ecco are excellent for comfort. DH, who is a suit-wearing professional, has Loakes, which last for years. He also buys Samuel Windsor shoes online as they are inexpensive considering the quality, but he has no "issues" with his feet, so I'm not sure if they would be suitable.
