Jeans intervention

I am pretty hourglass and very short.
I really struggle to find jeans which fit properly at the waist. They bag at the waist at best and at worst drop and sag around the bum.
I wear a size 12, plenty big enough and I really don't think I would get my legs into a 10.
Any advice/suggestions please?

I'm the same. It's annoying.
M&S jeggings work for me but only the black and navy ones - the colours seem a different material.
Next bum lifting jeans. Can't remember the name but they are £45
Basically I have to have a bit of stretch for theme to fit.
