God, some websites are appalling aren't they?

I just had a birthday and have received a shedload of Zara vouchers (at my request). I went on the website yesterday and judging by that, there is literally nothing I would buy. It all looks foul on the gorgeous leggy models, so why would it look good on me?! Also, it doesn't help that unless you click into each individual item you can't see the entire outfit as the scroll is off.

I mean don't get me wrong, I'm going to go and buy from the shop but why are some websites so awful? I'm not a fan of Boden but at least the poses and outfits look like the clothing is the right size and the women are kind of normal shaped.

I love zara, my favourite clothes shop by far. Went in there yesterday to buy some autumn clothes and bought a coat, loafers, 2 jumpers and a top for £140! I don't buy clothes very often so can justify the dent in my bank balanceGrin

It seems to work sometimes Ginandonit - but there have been times when the basket certainly appears to have emptied even after allowing it to reload...but maybe i'm just too impatient. I will pause for breath next time (by which I mean this evening - I desperately need some stuff for my holidays and we go on Thursday!)

Maybe the range has improved since 2016 when this was posted?

Never has a website infuriated me more. Why bother having a 'filter by size' option when 99% of the results are out of stock in my size???!?!? Angry

Hit the bottle early did you @KarenSmith1963?

Miseryisabutterfly · 30/07/2021 10:30

Do you have the Zara app? I only use that and I find it fine.

Yes they are appalling! Especially as you say, when you click on an article and it doesn't allow you back to the whole page of dresses (say) but you have to go through the whole rigmarole again of clicking on dresses, then your size etc etc. As a number of us will be a) at work, sneakily buying stuff online while the Boss is in his/her office,
b) attempting to stop a small child from strangling a small furry animal, c) insisting a partner/husband looks AGAIN in his wardrobe for the shirt that was ironed and put in there, etc etc etc. We don't have time for this shit!!!

Oh and the sites that refuse to spell out what material it is! Does my head in.
