Please help me buy some trendy trainers!

Basically I'm 44 petite v casual dresser. I have wide feet and bunions so do struggles to find comfy shoes. I wear skinny jeans a lot and would love some fashion trainers to go with them but I don't know where to start!

Adidas Superstar or Stan Smith

I've got Adidas Honey lows, Vans skater high tops, Adidas Hamburgs and an old pair of Adidas Gazelle. These are all super comfy, I have bony feet. Found Converse very uncomfortable and Nike just too chunky

I have small feet so I generally get the kids size which are cheaper

Another vote for Adidas Superstars and Superga!

Got a pair of these, kinda like it with skinny jeans.

Perhaps start off with a simple pair of Superga's/converse op? They're a good day to day shoe. Check out Office/Aso's for a wide selection.

Usually a Converse wearer but having bought a pair of Superga over the summer they are so much more comfortable!

Not everyone's cup of tea but I have these Woden ones for when I fancy a change from my Stan Smiths. They are def a lot more comfortable than adidas, converse and superga's

Superga are so comfy. Converse I find really hard on my feet.

I find converse to be quite narrow and really squash my feet and give me bruised toenails!

Stan smiths I live in mine. I wouldn't go for converse (even though I have loads of pairs) they just seem very boring now. Every mum in the world seems to have them!

On the Adidas website you can design your own Stan Smiths, Superstars, Gazelles, etc. They are pricier than the standard version though.

The concept is very addictive too; I have waisted a lot of time at work creating all sorts of cool trainers

Other Stories usually stock the cooler trainers stories.com is worth a look, they had some great ones when I was in there the other week.

Just checked out Woden - always interesting to find new trainer brands as I'm a sneaker head Bit fashion forward for my taste - prefer streetwear ie Air max 1's, Blazers...... Appreciate we all have different tastes.
