What are HD Brows?

my brows are rubbish, I fill them in with a brown khol penci. I'd love these thick defined brows I see people with are they drawn on with some special pencil or something. I keep reading about HD Brows but cant really find anything that says what it is!

If you are near Essex i have a recommendation
It's tinting, waxing, threading, plucking, shaping and then filling in. Go to someone who does proper HD brows. Lots of people advertise them but haven't done the actual course

Done properly they are excellent, more about growing your brows back into a better shape to suit your face. Not just pencilling thick lines like a scouse brow!!!

They mark out where your brows should be. They dye the area to pick up as many lighter hairs as possible then thread, wax and pluck any others that don't fit the shape. Any gaps are carefully and subtly powdered in. It takes a while to grow back a good shape but definitely worth it.
