Ordered some stuff off of boohoo at the weekend, when it arrived half the order was missing.
I emailed them and they replied straight away saying that they will send the rest with next day delivery. Got an confirmation email and the address they've sent to is an old address I haven't used with them for over 3 years now. It's in Swindon, I now live in Bournemouth and I don't have any contact details for the people who's address it is anymore so have no way to get the package.
I emailed them again to ask if I could change the address and got an automated type reply saying they'll get back to me with in 48 hours! But I don't have 48 hours as it's being delivered tomorrow.
Is there anything else i can do? There is nothing on their website that'll help me change the address and nowhere to cancel it.
