please can anyone help
these past few weeks i have noticed my hair seems to feel thinner
i have alot of fine hair which is breaking
i have mid length coloured hair which can frizz like mad
i have also just found out i have hit menopause ! and have been taking perfectil for skin and hair
apart from losing the will to live can anyone offer any advice
i am due at hairdressers next week and will have a few inches cut off
what products should i use to wash and to dry my hair ?
i do use straighteners and hairdresser as my hair looks wild i know i need to reduce this but how ?
