Slippers!

I'm at that point in my life/in the year when I need some slippers. I usually struggle as I'm a size 8 and 'large' slippers just don't fit! And I find slippers either frumpy and ugly or don't give my bad back support. Suggest some decent slippers peeps!

Watching with interest.... The floors are feeling a little cold in the morning now.

DramaInPyjamas · 26/09/2016 15:07

I've got my eye on some at www.prettyyoulondon.co.uk

I love my ugg slippers. They have the proper outdoor sole and are so cosy.

rosyvalentine · 26/09/2016 16:11

Uggs without a doubt! Expensive, but I've had mine for years. So cosy and comfy!

MrsPear · 26/09/2016 16:50

Mine are from Celtic and co - warm, comfy with hard sole - so I can put out laundry / the bins etc and British made.

Pantsalive · 26/09/2016 17:19

They may not be to everyone's taste but Moshulu go up to your size and are well made and cosy.

ElspethFlashman · 26/09/2016 17:22

Ooh watching. I have cold feet. Every year I buy a shitty pair from Primark that feel like I'm walking on damp cardboard and every year I swear I'll buy something decent next year.

Nanasueathome · 26/09/2016 17:24

Moshulu do really nice slippers

P1nkP0ppy · 26/09/2016 17:34

Romika slippers are bliss!
I buy them online; they're wool with sturdy sole so I can wear them outside and there's a range of colours.

Celtic and Co DO do lovely slippers, but again expensive. Why isn't Christmas at the beginning of Autumn so we ask for handy warm things like slippers, boots and coats?!

Cannot recommend these enough: mahabis.com

I've accidentally gone out in them. Luckily, my toddler now tells me to wear proper shoes.

littlem133 · 27/09/2016 10:57
