what shall I buy from M&S?

I've had a £30 M&S voucher hanging around for a year, someone very kindly gave it to me as a present but it's not somewhere I shop.

Can anyone recommend anything worth buying from there?

It would have to be online as I don't have a store locally (apart from an M&S food outlet at our local garage which doesn't accept them - otherwise I would just spend it all on wine Grin.)

Emma Hardie Moringa balm or the
Bodysensor opaque tights

Their beauty selection is fantastic now with loads of brands.

Shoes, jewellery, handbag or purse? Pjs, housecoat, slippers, pants? Even just plain t shirts :)

I love this skirt ..... I can't justify it right now as I'm losing weight & have nothing else to go with it ....

But if I had a £30 voucher I wouldn't care about such practicalities!

what shall I buy from M&S?

That skirt is lovely drquin but I don't think I would get chance to wear it - I'm on maternity leave with two kids and most of my clothes end up covered in a mixture of felt pen and baby sick Wink.

I think slippers and a dressing gown might be more my style at the moment...

I'd put it towards the leopard skin trainers which are £50 and I just can't justify....but are perfect to treat yourself with a voucher

lemonymelanie · 24/09/2016 21:26

ok, something easy and practical, like a lovely big cosy knit for the winter. Actually I was in Marks last week and I thought they had loads of very buyable stuff in - I really liked loads of it!

Allalonenow · 24/09/2016 21:30

M&S have some fabulous perfumes these days, you wouldn't need to spend much more than your voucher to get something really nice, and it's so quick to give yourself a spray of something delicious on a busy day, it would be sure to lift your mood!

Percy Pigs and their own brand Walnut Whips Smile
But seriously, the beauty section is lovely and you can't go wrong with their underwear

LotisBlue · 24/09/2016 21:52

OK I quite fancy some cord jeans

these or these?

Emma I craved sweets when I was pregnant, and I ate veggie percy pigs pretty much daily!

I know it's all sorts of wrong, but I find leather surprisingly practical with small DCs owing to its wipe-clean properties Blush

NeverNic · 24/09/2016 22:10

Have a look in the Limited Collection stuff. I just bought a lovely dress from that range for £40. Their jeans looked like they need investigating / investing in. Also their statement jewellery looks good this year, which is perfect for jazzing up your everyday maternity wear.

LotisBlue · 24/09/2016 22:30

Jknotty Grin

Jeans are a good idea actually - I've lost some baby weight and nothing I own seems to fit me

Cheesecake.

Their beauty department is very good these days. I'd buy some skincare stuff probably.

EnidButton · 24/09/2016 22:34

Those cords look nice. Word of warning, as Remus reminded me on mother thread, dark coloured cord will pick up every single bit of white fluff possible. The ones in the first link look the best.

EnidButton · 24/09/2016 22:34

another.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 25/09/2016 10:34

If you don't generally like their clothes (although they do have a few really nice things this season), I'd go for their beauty stuff or Rosie silk knickers.

Saw red cords in their the other day. They were a really nice colour, but not the sort of thing I'd ever wear.

SuckingEggs · 25/09/2016 10:48

Fragonard perfume
Flowers
Underwear

LotisBlue · 25/09/2016 11:04

Ok I've gone for some cords in a lightish colour , and some tights to bring it up to £30. Free delivery too!

Thanks all Smile
