Bra to help backache from standing all day?

Hello! I work in PR, so fairly regularly do events where I'm standing for a few hours.
I always come home with horrible lower back pain, which I'm sure is caused by my 36hh boobs (yes I have done the fab bra intervention)
I will soon be standing all day for two days straight at a show. I'll be wearing sensible shoes (Skechers go walk) but is there a bra that would help ease the back pain? Eg a minimiser or sports bra?

You could consider a longline bra - Bravissimo have just brought out a longline version of the Satine which goes up to at least a J (I've got one sitting here waiting to try on myself) as do Curvy Kate.

Something else which might help, IME, is an underbust corset. I've worn one recently (an orchard corset ls-426 style) for a couple of things and it forces you to keep your back straighter and seems to take some of the weight of my boobs too (the back of the corset is higher than my bra band, and the front sort of sits under the wire)

You could try a good sports bra like the Panache sport which is underwired and doesn't crush your breasts - I wouldn't recommend a compression bra (like a shock absorber) for that length of time though

If this is something you have to do often, it might be worth looking into improving your posrure/alignment. There's loads of advice online (Alexander Technique, WhatKatySays, and lots of physio-type blogs). A strength and conditioning coach could start you off with exercises to make the muscles stronger. Or, again, you could search around online.
