Oh how I miss leggings! At least they were tight and would fit right inside boots

So do I roll the jeans up like the first picture?

Or do I let them bunch and look a bit saggy like picture 2?

Both! I do ankle visible in warmer weather/with shorter boots, and scrunched up when colder/higher ankle boots. I like both.

I have the same issue with tapered trousers and heeled loafers. No idea what to wear apart from pop socks.

Someone needs to invent very fine knit (not nylon) socks in a nude shade

I like ankle boots with a flash of ankle so roll my jeans up.

Just discovered those 360 jeans at Next and they're great, short in the leg so fab with skinny jeans, and surprisingly decent for Next (I used to be a huge fan but recently have started shouting "no, no, no, bloody hell no" as I flick through the catalogue). They're skinny at the ankle, too, which I love.

I love the look of1 but unfortunately it just makes my legs look even shorter and dumpier, so I've mine tucked in today. I'm 5ft 3.

Boots are from Russell & Bromley - they're quite high on the ankle so if I had turn ups I'd look absurd and I like warm ankles anyway so all is good

I can't be doing with cold ankles, or scrunched jeans, so I just wear cosy socks and have them showing! Like this.

Rolled up for me, makes a bit of a feature too. Never tucked into boots. Scrunched around the top is ok too but prefer the roll.

Here's a question. I have Hudson Riley's in navy suede and fancy they might work well with 'a sock' when I sport them with black skinnies. But what nature of sock, bpretty please? A blue, a black or maybe a charcoal or lighter grey?
