Feel nervous even writing this down! But i was watching tv and suddenly thought there are loads of people doing commercials and ads in the paper etc that arent 16-21 years old. How did they get into it? Are there agencies that specialise in it? Are they all models that just kept doing it from a young age or can you start later in life? Are they all 16 and in disguise? :-p I'm mid 30s, tall and slim, would I be in with a chance? What are the ups and downs?? Does anyone know or have any experience?? x

Specialist agencies and main stream. It's boring though. I modelled in my 20's and it ended when my boyfriend over heard me being spoken to like shit, admit idly we didn't have phones to look at but God it is tedious

I'm so curious, what actually happens on a shoot?? What makes it so dull?

You sit for hours doing nothing whilst other people are made up, doing their shoot, waiting for things and people to turn up. I honestly do not know how people cope with child modelling, mine would have gone doolaee
