Best black pen eye liner please?

I'd like one that doesn't smudge. I have been using the bourjois one but it's quite hard to get hold of

Collection one. It's only 2.99 and the best I've ever used.

The felt tip kind? I think I also use the Collection one. Definitely a cheap one from Superdrug, as recommended on here. I used to use one from Boots 17 in brown but couldn't get it any more, so bought one from Collection having seen it mentioned on Mumsnet and have been very happy with it.

I use Soap and Glory or Kat Von D tattoo liner which has just come out in Debenhams.

Maybelline have a new one that is very good.

Collection or Tom Ford. There is nothing better than these two. Neither smudge, neither run into fine lines and neither flake. The Tom Ford is a hell of a lot blacker than the Collection one, though.

I've used the collection one for about five years now- never found a better one!! I use the Boots natural collection£1.99 mascara too , guess I'm a cheapskate but both are excellent
