Calf/ knee high boots for narrow calves?

The foul weather over the past few days has reminded me that I really need to get some new leather knee (or calf) high boots before the winter sets in - this is something I always really struggle with though as I've got quite narrow calves - so with quite a lot of boots I've tried there ends up being a huge gap
Can anyone recommend any brands or shops that do - or might - cater to this?

It's all a bit difficult now that Duo have gone to the bad. La Redoute have a couple of pairs.

I'm a bit confused about what you mean by "gone to the bad" ...should i avoid them?

Oh gosh they aren't cheap are they?! They do have some lovely looking ones though ...just not sure I can spend that much :(

I get mine from eBay, they regularly come up and fewer people have really narrow calfs so it's easier to get a bargain
