Need something I can walk in that looks smartish for work with jeans.

I expect to get lots of use out of my navy ones. And yes they are standard R and B prices. I buy quite a lot of my shoes there and haven't been disappointed by their quality.

I like them too. If they take my orthotic, I may well buy a pair. I could wear them for work. Casual environment with lots of walking.

My first thought was no, then I thought actually, kind of. Yes. Then i looked at the price however i only keep £200 a month for myself after all house things and that has to pay for all my sports and my phone bill, so to me they aren't worth 4 months of saving. If £200 is a reason

Reasonable amount for shoes for you, then go for it. Although I do prefer the blue.

Ive had R&B shoes and if they're stitched to the same high spec of the ones I had, and you like them, then go for it. I've not had suede, tho. Not recommended for driving in, I'd guess.

I have had R&B shoes before and they have lasted 3 - 4 years even with very heavy wear, so I think the price is worth it.

I think I need to see them IRL.

I like them and agree that they will probably last ages.

I've seen them in real life and don't like them.
But I do think R&B are worth the cash. Fab quality shoes

Prefer the Russell & Bromley ones.

Those toast ones are a million times nicer than the R&B ones. Admittedly they are better in the navy suede but it's that awful bow that's the real shocker.

They look like something one might wear if one were playing Principal Boy in Panto.
