Natural semi permanent hair dye

Can anyone recommend one?

I have never dyed my hair, have less than 5% grey but would like to use a semi permanent without chemicals - same colour as my hair which is very dark brown but has lost some of its depth of colour.

Am old (48) and knackered at the minute and I look it. My hair has always been fab but not necessarily as fab as normal these last few months.

Have found Logona amongst others.

I have used logona before, though not on greys, it has always turned out MUCH darker than the box so be careful what colour you choose.

Not sure I fancy the block thing or mixing colours to get my own colour Pinkie.

My hair is very very dark polly, I would imagine that the darkest brown would be a reasonable match - photo just now - grey coverage not an issue yet as I hardly have any. Looks OK in the photo doesn't it whereas I feel like it isn't as glossy as it always has been.

I will chicken out I know it, hence the reason it has only ever been shampooed!

Have a look at Daniel Field organic watercolour , that might be what you're looking for.

I use Lush henna and the melting is ok, the application is ok, wafting about four hours without my glasses on, not so good..................washing it off is a total pain.
Cleaning the bathroom after even more so!

Thanks you, I had seen DF and thought it was the same as Herbatint - i.e permanent.

I can now see that it isn't quite the same, scary concept of the same dye being anything from short term through to permanent - well for a reluctant S&B er like me anyway.

I am going to try Natural warm brown after watching the video (well as well as my slow broadband would allow). Hopefully it will add shine and a touch of warmth. If it isn't enough I might try a darker shade if I still have the will .

I am fairly lazy when it comes to these things, barely wear make up and have always relied on a shiny natural head of hair for my appearance.

Another vote for Daniel Field water colour - fantastic stuff.
If you add more water to the mix, it's semi permanent, although I've always done it the permanent way myself. It doesn't smell, doesn't damage the hair and colours greys.
Worth mentioning that it doesn't lighten hair, just colours over the greys.

I don't really have any greys, less than 5%, don't want it to be lighter either Sergeant. Just seems to have lost some of its warmth and shine. Am wondering it some sort of treatment thing would do what I want instead of a colour, as I said I am inherently lazy wrt style and beauty!
