I love shoes. I have shoes I've barely worn but can't bear to part with them. These shoes are a bit old but I'm still keeping them! Anyone else want to share their shoe collection?

I can't find a picture but I have a platform court from irregular choice MsRinky which has the glitter and heel of yours, but with that glitter all over.

They were utterly ridiculous! So stupidly high with a towering platform, there was NO WAY I was ever going to be able to not break my neck in them..even hobbling (slowly) down my hallway was too much.

I ended up selling them on eBay. I still think they are fab in a daft way..I do love a Minnie Mouse shoe, but realistically unless you are just going to stand rooted to the spot for an evening, and any man you are with is over 6' tall, they're just not going to happen!

I have very wide size 9 feet - virtually impossible to shod in anything at all girly - and i sprained my ankle very badly when I was 12 and it's never been right since, so I can;t really wear heels.

I am very envious of the shoes on this thread! Grin

It's a beautiful place Sunbeam, I know renewals are generally loathed on MN but it was so different to our actual wedding, very small, intimate and personal and very meaningful for both of us. I'd never been to the Hermitage before but my older brother (who gave me away when I first got married) died a few years ago and we found pictures of it on his camera - he obviously loved it - so we went for a look and fell in love with it.
