Day dresses?

I've been looking online for some day dresses for Autumn to wear with tights and ankle boots. And I've also been looking for tunic type things to wear with leggings don't shoot me

Where should I be looking? Don't want to spend a fortune As I hope to lose some weight. However I don't want to look like a sack of shit.

A lot of the AW I've seen recently are either tea dresses or pinafore style dresses which look great with tights and boots.

Fat face and white stuff are usually good for that sort of thing, check GAP as well.

Marking place as I'm after similar things!

I love Dorothy Perkins for this- they often do jersey dresses, and they're not too expensive

RavioliOnToast · 14/09/2016 20:58

I've seen a pinafore dress I like on new look actually. I'm unsure as what to wear with it though. I don't really like roll neck tops and would feel right in a shirt/blouse

Didn't think of Dorothy Perkins actually

Long sleeved or short sleeved t shirt?

missyB1 · 14/09/2016 21:01

Ravioli I saw a lovely one in ASDA the other day.

I bought a lush frock in tesco of all bloody places today! Black midi with oriental print. Tis lush

Topshop have a couple of pinafores in, too. And Tesco, of all places. They look lovely with a skinny roll neck for winter.

JamieVardysParty · 14/09/2016 21:12

I also hate roll necks and think shirts look quite frumpy. I have one which I wear with Breton tops and plain long sleeve tshirts.

Oasis, Warehouse, Vila, Vero Moda and ASOS normally have some great AW dresses. I'm a huge fan of jumper dresses so will be living mainly in them.
