I need COMFORTABLE black trousers and black shoes

My manager has been turning a blind eye to my stretchy black gym trousers and black converse, but she has said the powers that be are cracking down and I need to have proper trousers and shoes.

So, recommendations please for comfortable (possibly stretchy waistband?) black trousers and flat black shoes. Would be great if I could wear socks under them and not look silly. I am on my feet all day (retail) so comfort is my (if not my employers') priority.

I'm 5'2/3" and size 10.

Zara do leggings which zip up and have faux zip pockets. They look like trousers and are very comfy (I've been losing weight and these are good in the interim). Ecco would have the most comfortable if not stylish shoes.

I wear a suit (trousers) every day. These are my most recent purchase:

They look fine with trousers.

New Look for flat back shoes. Comfy, cheap and a myriad of styles.
Maybe some slouchy ankle boots if socks needed.
Sainsburys good for work trousers.

Next tapered leg trousers. They're amazingly comfy and look pretty smart.

Asda have some tapered leg trousers in at the mo with a stretchy waist. They look smart but are comfy. Flat boots might be a better option for wearing socks.

Baukjen black jersey trousers - comfy but smart. I have Clarks Blanche Fria shoes which are very comfortable.
