Ruched skirt

Can you only get the ruched skirt from hush?
I've been looking for one a bit less £
I would like a jumper to go with it and, if from hush, avoid postage
The jumpers I love are pricey but they have nice looking sweat tops or long sleeved tops
Am I doomed to order from hush?

Have you tried eBay? There's a good chance there'll be one on there for less than in hush. (Agree it's a bit £££, £45 for a simple skirt? No thanks.)

Buy a tube skirt from boohoo for a fiver. Sew two strips of elastic up the sides. Done.
