MintyChops · 12/09/2016 11:46

ProjectGainsborough was kind enough to help me find the Boden discount code recently and I have tried the same search for a Toast discount but no luck.... Could anyone help? Thank you.

just watching in case one magically appears...

rightknockered · 12/09/2016 12:06

They very rarely have them. Usually just before the winter stock comes in I think

cardoon · 12/09/2016 19:25

Not much help really but I got a 20% off code in February

PinkGeranium · 12/09/2016 19:31

Love Taost, don't have a code. What are you buying?
Sorry nosey and unhelpful.

TheLittlestBear · 12/09/2016 19:59

Toast don't do discounts. I have a friend who works there, and they target rich people who don't think twice about spending. I've heard storied of people going into the shop and spending over £1000 a time.. Best bet is one of their sale rooms. Lots of bargains!!

TheLittlestBear · 12/09/2016 20:00

What are you buying? I want a pair of their jeans :) But they are over £100... :(

balkanscot · 12/09/2016 20:02

TheLittlestBear, so true! My MIL is their spot-on target - she always buys tons of their stuff every season and doesn't blink an eye at spending several hundred £££'s in one go. Me, on the other hand… Sad

AwkwardSquad · 12/09/2016 20:41

There was a discount code via the mail out last month but none this month. Had a conversation with a shop assistant about codes last week.

MintyChops · 13/09/2016 13:57

I have ordered this coat and this jumper. I'll let you know what they are like!

Beautiful choices Envy

TheLittlestBear · 13/09/2016 15:18

waahhhh. lifes not fair

MintyChops · 13/09/2016 17:41

I know, I am very lucky to have a generous MIL and GMIL who both sent me money for my birthday. I am hoping for a cold, dry winter so ai can wear them every single day!

OP posts:
MintyChops · 14/09/2016 18:57

They arrived today - the jumper is gorgeous, soft, cosy and flattering. I would have it in every colour and more! The coat is already on its way back, it is harsh, itchy wool and the pockets make it hang strangely.....

OP posts:
FrancesFarmer · 14/09/2016 19:42

Is the sizing of the jumper accurate? I've found Toast sizing very generous in the past and it's put me off ordering.

neveradullmoment99 · 14/09/2016 21:35

I love a lot of Toast things but they are ridiculous prices. Nearly £200 for a cropped pair of jeans is way too much imo. I bought the dungarees last month which i love and have already worn them quite a bit. I have also bought their fine knit long sleeved top which was £65 but was so beautiful i couldn't bring myself to return it. I think there winter stuff is way better than their summer. I am hanging out for the sales!

MintyChops · 17/09/2016 11:35

Frances they call it easy fit so it is meant to be loose. I am fat so it is a bit more fitted on me.... I buy heir XL or 18 but in fact I am a 20....

OP posts:
MintyChops · 17/09/2016 11:36

never I totally agree, Autumn/winter stuff much better.

There is a toast outlet near me and I got an amazing coat there last year for £60 I think, would have been £300 in the shop! Shock

I love it- their branding is so good, I want to live in their catalogue.

MintyChops · 19/09/2016 08:11

Look! A small sale

OP posts:
FrannySalinger · 21/09/2016 06:23

I am on the mailing list for their 'archive sale', happens once a year I think, which is fantastic. Knits for £15, trousers for £10 etc. No idea how I ended up in it though But I'm not sure that I've ever had a discount code..

neveradullmoment99 · 21/09/2016 18:02

They are so tight for discount codes. Shame really as i would buy more things if i felt i was getting something off. I have had, on occasion, a 10% code but it usually has come through with one of their catalogues. They are really like gold dust.

ShmooBooMoo · 01/10/2016 18:05

Hoping one might be doing the rounds? Thanks!

dizar · 21/06/2018 11:32

Hi everyone! Ive figured out a way of getting 15% off on Toast with the Refer a Friend function.

You can refer yourself to a different email address, use an alternative or use a friends, and I believe you both get a code for 15% off.

You can happily use my name Wink Dizar Zabalegui Angel or anyone else you know. :)

Good luck and happy, slightly reduced shopping!

Dizar

cardoon · 22/06/2018 07:20

Do Toast add in new things to their Summer sale at a later date?

ProjectGainsborough · 22/06/2018 08:48

This thread is weirding me out! I did a (non MN) internet search for a Toast code a few days ago and found out that a) I helped out mintychops with a Boden code in 2016 and b) there weren’t any.

And now here it is again! Does it work on sale items Dizar?
