Preventing ingrown hairs.

I rediscovered my epilator today and have remembered that I have a very high pain threshold when it comes to hair removal so I'd like to continue using it.

The reason I stopped using it is that I was plagued by ingrown hairs every time. All over my legs, bikini line etc. They were always quite painful and a few got infected. No amount of scrubbing at my skin seemed to prevent it from happening. I always moisturised as well.

Is there a magic lotion I could apply that would prevent the ingrown hairs from happening? As it is all over my legs it can't be anything really expensive. Could a cheap foot lotion (with urea to get rid of hard skin) help?

Think there's something call Tendskin.

I use those exfoliating gloves every day and it's rare that I get an ingrown hair now.

I second the exfoliating glove, haven't had an ingrowing hair since starting to use it every day.
