Leave in conditioner

What is your favourite leave in hair conditioner and why, please?

I currently use the Aussie one but fancy a change. I have highlighted hair that's dry at the ends.

Afraid it's Aussie Volume leave in. I have very straight fine hair that's always highlighted. It's the only leave in that doesn't make it go limp and greasy in one fell swoop.
