What kind of wedding venue and will there be footballers and their wives there? How tall are you? What's your budget?

mrsclooneytoyou · 08/09/2016 08:20

It's a country club. Don't think any wags will be there. I'm 5'5. With not a huge budget. Probably about £150.cant really afford more as I need to stay over and the room is £349Confused

Can you rent something so you aren't stuck with something you'll never wear again? Might be best use of £150. I have rented in the past as cost per wear would otherwise be so high.

For your shape and the occasion, I would recommend a long Empire line dress.
Autumn colours like purple, maroon and burnt orange also recommended :)

Something like this?

Asos Dress

Or

Very Dress

Agree with blush that full length would be good, but I think that Very one would be difficult to wear a good enough bra with.

Here's two Asos suggestions..quite similar, but I think I prefer the second one.

Both would look great with metallic heels and bag IMO.

ASOS also has two v nice printed wiggle dresses in its curve range, but they're a bit springlike, I thought, for an autumn wedding.

Going to order all the asos dresses to try on.
Thanks for the help

Can we have photos when you do? Then we can find shoes and bags too!
