Interview outfit please!

I haven't had an interview in 8 years! It's to work in a school in a teaching support role, so reasonably smart.

Help!!

I was thinking this as I have it all-
Dark grey wide leg culottes
Pale pink silk shirt- tucked in
Gold brogues

But I wonder I its not smart enough and if not then what?

Is it secondary or primary? I'd say you should be more formal for secondary (can't comment on primary)

If agree with Jaimx I think you might need full trousers for secondary

I'm not sure about the trousers and shoes, maybe it's too casual? Can you put the outfit on and take a picture?
