Help me choose some trousers

I'm going abroad for 2 weeks end of October and I'm a bit confused about to bring. I'm presuming it will be quite cold when we leave here so was thinking about what to travel in. I wear skinny jeans a lot but don't really find them that comfortable. Would these be suitable for travelling in? (link to them is here )

What would I wear on my top half?? Is a cardigan out of the question?! I am a cold critter anyway and usually freeze on the plane but of course it will be quite hot when we arrive so I know I need layers but I just don't know what...

Or would these be better?

I'd rather not say but it will be quite warm there not tropical though. I reckon I could wear them at night (if the nights are a bit cooler) with a vest top and sandals maybe? Its the "flight outfit" I'm stuck on

The second pair would be better for night I think.

I'd wear for a flight with a vest top and a cropped cardigan. You can take off cardi when you arrive and put on some sandals
