What would you wear with this?

Hi all!
Bought this skirt yesterday- loved the bright colours. Thought about a black vest/jumper in winter but not sure if it's a bit too plain.
How would you wear it?

Black jumper, black leggings. Lots of beads or a scarf in the colours of the skirt.

White or cream blouse, pink-ish (cerise? like the skirt) waistcoat or cardi.

White shirt, pink tie, white ankle socks and school shoes.

Excellent suggestions thank you. Maybe avoid the school shoes look as ive got big feet and look about 14 on a good day lol.
I hadn't thought of a shirt but that could work really well as it would add a bit of detail without it looking fussy!
