Lands end sizing

Can anyone tell me how the sizing runs at Lands and please.
I've been searching for a swimming costume for ages and finally found one I like at Lands end.
I'm usually a big 12, small 14 so always go for a 14 in swimming costumes, but as this one is in the sale they only have a 16 left. If they run small I reckon it will be ok but as we leave next week I'm not sure I'll have time to return if it's too big.
Thanks for any help.

Lands End sizing comes up massive, in my opinion. They also quote in both US and UK sizes, so if that's a US16 (UK12) you'd probably be ok, otherwise I'd say it would be too big.

Thanks it will be too big then, its a UK 16 so US 12 and since I've just tried trousers on that didn't fit a month ago but do now I may be a proper 12 after all Smile
Thank you, the hunt goes on!
