Changing gold coat press studs coat to silver?

I've bought a bargain coat but the press studs down the front and on pockets and also toggles are very shiny gold which I don't like. Do you think there's any way to change them to silver, or dull them down?

Absolutely fine, I'm really impressed actually how good it looks. Definitely improved the coat. I keep looking at it on the hanger though and thinking it looks very dowdy but actually it looks so much better on me than the hanger!! That doesn't happen to me much but it has with this one!! I think it's down to the rest of my clothes, hair etc

Navy blue. I did consider silver but as there are so many of them I thought blending in would be better.
