I have thin lank hair and prefer to wear it up but it falls out regularly. I am considering getting a scrunchie with false hair (had a nice one but its seen better days and haven't found a good one since)

Another option is to get hair extensions but I would prefer to work with my own hair just below shoulder length

I have thin hair, I've been working on it since February with nioxin shampoo and high dose sea kelp supplements. My ponytail has at least twice the girth it had before though that's not saying much.

My hairdresser said my hair would be wrecked with extensions so they're not an option.

If I want to style my hair I use a volumising mousse and/or dry shampoo.

Since starting the supplements and nioxin my hair is much better than it was.
