I stripped my hair and it is a light red colour...wanted to maintain the colour but have some greys. Have used many an auburn home box colour in different shades in attempts to cover the grey and it turned it dark brown every time, no red whatsoever. Have asked my hairdresser to dye it red and she refused (it's difficult to maintain/fades after a few washes etc) anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to be pillar box red btw, just a 'julianne Moore' type shade...is this possible??
