Help me buy a gift ... Please

I need to buy a gift for three employees as a little thank you.
All female aged between 19-26 but quite different styles fashion-wise.
I got an alphabet tote with their initial on for a previous gift and I thought that was quite cute/worked for different fashion tastes.
Was thinking possibly a birch box.
Budget about £30 each.
Oh and I need delivery by Saturday. Not terribly organised, I know.
Any ideas gratefully recieved!

I think I'd be better off avoiding clothes and fashion as they all have different styles 1 has dreads, 1 has purple hair and 1 more conventional but has lots of tatts. I'm not sure I could choose for them.
That's who I was thinking more beauty/pampering (we work in the service industry so tough physical jobs).
