work blazer for big boobs?

I'm about to start a new job as a deputy head of dept next week and need to smarten my work outfits up a bit. I'm looking for a blazer (possibly jersey?) that would fit over my huge 36g boobs, as well as fit the rest of me (size 16-18). I don't quite have the budget for pepperberry and am hoping that there might be a decent alternative?

Damn, I was going to say Papperberry. I'm 34FF and I am yet to find non-Pepperberry cardigan to fit me. Sorry!

New Look jersey Blazers fit me. And I'm bigger than you!

Checkedstripes · 30/08/2016 13:21

Oh i might try the new look blazers - was trying not to spend £70 on a blazer from pepper berry! how do they fit walruswhiskers?

Evans jersey ones are fab

I think you'll be fine looking in most places. I have a nice one from Very, it's a size 14 and fits nicely over my 34H chest! Most are made with a bit of stretch I find.

Pepper berry on eBay. I've just had a boob job and sold loads of my v good condition Pepperberry stuff on there. I never buy it full price!

I am 32g/gg and find once I don't expect the blazer to close (which looks fine IMO), h&m and uniqlo have served me well.

Viviene · 30/08/2016 23:36

I forgot Benetton - their cut is quite generous in the bust area.

George at Asda (!!!) have a soft grey fabric blazer and a blue also I think. They have just one low button fastening so helping to minimise the boob age!! Good luck with the new job.

Have ordered a couple from New Look to try but shall give those others a go if they don't work- thanks :)

I find biker style jackets suit my 32Gs, blazers just aren't tailored enough to look smart whereas the collarless style jacket sits much better.

There's a lot of jersey Blazers in the shops at the moment that aren't designed to close if they are any use to you? H+M have quite a few like this. I got a really lovely open tweed blazer in penneys/primark last week. I have 32FF chest and small waist so they are perfect with a fitted top underneath.
