Please help! What to wear with this Finery dress?

Off to a wedding tomorrow.

I can't NOT take a jacket, but no idea what would go.
Think I need a light duster type?
Am wearing vintage patent Mary janes. Not sure if I'd wreck the look with a shortish jacket?

Why do you need a jacket? I think it's fine as it is, the weather is good, and you'll just end up carrying it.. Where is the wedding?

Well if the wedding is tomorrow you've left it a bit late to go shopping, so what have you got? still not convinced you need a jacket
