How to get rid of dark hair dye

I currently have my hair dyed Live Cosmic Blue and want to go for something brighter. Does anyone have any advice on getting rid of it? And a hair colour to change to, my natural is a middish brown with gold undertones. I've done red and purple before and want something different.

Ketchup and head and shoulders or fairly liquid are supposed to take dye out .

Colour b4 extra strength will remove the blue/ black from your hair, I've used it loads of times!

I've read that you can't colour your hair for a week or two after using that though.
