The four way stretch indicates to me that you need ponte fabric. It is a heavier weight so difficult to get in the summer, I buy a couple of pairs most winter though.

Gap have these true straight trousers that are stretchy & 40% off at the minute, I have loads of them for work.

Lands End ponte trousers

They are extremely comfortable, wash and wear well. Material is quite thick.

LE do ponte trousers as well if you think ponte is what you want.
