Shipping from USA

I have fallen in love with some shoes from Everlane. I don't think they ship to the USA. Can anyone recommend a (cheap but reliable) way to get then shipped to a US address and then on to a UK address. I vaguely think there are specialist companies out there but don't really know how they work or how much they cost.
thank you

Everlane website: For now, we only ship to the US and Canada. We’ve found that comGateway offers an effective workaround, shipping from the US to anywhere in the world.

Thanks Katharina, I hadn't noticed that.

Has anyone any experience of using this firm? Are they any good? How does it all work?

p.s. my original message was unclear... I need the shoes to be shipped to me in the UK...

Am stalking this thread as I have the same problem.

I need to buy something that only ships in the US and somehow get it shipped onward to the UK.

I've used some of those forwarding firms before, don't remember which ones. No problems. Except that they're often a bit pricey. Maybe check if you have any friends of friends in the US who could help?

I've used my mallbox before with no problems

I use shipito.com. They're pretty good but it does obviously increase the cost of whatever you're buying once you've paid their admin fee etc - but it's not outrageous. Their shipping rates are pretty good too - I think they have a bit of buying power with fedex etc.
