Has anyone used/got one? Is it any good?

I've heard that they are shite. The money back guarantee is hard to do as an address isn't easily found and that they 'may' give you some money back if you write an amazing review. That's if you find the address/number. So the glowing statements are all false.

They just basically burn the hairs off, nothing else.

It's dreadful. Don't waste your money. Google reviews. QVC etc.

I've heard the same. If you can get an ipl machine -Aldi had their own brand one on special a couple of moths ago at under £100 and it's great.
